Infracore – putting the right agreement in place

Infracore – putting the right agreement in place

START: An employment agreement is needed when someone new joins us, or when there is a significant change (see definitions in the table below) in their employment status.
2. An employee can chose to join a union and be employed on the terms and conditions of the CEA, or be employed on an IEA (Individual Employment Agreement).
3. When the work is not covered by a CEA, then only an IEA (Individual Employment Agreement) can be offered.
4. Send the completed Authority to Appoint form to your Organisational Development and Capability Advisor.
5. This includes letter of offer, contract, new employee / on-boarding pack, and is sent out to the candidate.
6. Documentation to be returned BEFORE they begin work. The risk otherwise is they begin work before they have accepted our terms and conditions of employment, which could lead to disagreements in the future.
1. The Labourers & Drivers CEA covers those whose work is essentially physical in nature and also covers those directly supervising such work.
