In line with current legislation, there is no mandatory retirement age. Any decision by a team member to “retire” is a matter of individual choice based on their personal circumstances. The applicable period of notice will be the same as if the team member were resigning.

In some instances we have agreed to arrangements including moving to part-time work or reduced hours and/or changes in responsibility leading up to an agreed departure date.
